Installing spacers/adapters on Semi trucks, Utility trucks, flat beds are NOT RECOMMENDED. Must Read Before Purchase/ UseFOR SPACERS WITH PRE-ASSEMBLED STUDS: CHECK AND RE-TORQUE ALL LUG NUTS 25-50 MILES AFTER INSTALLATION TO MANUFACTURER SPECIFICATIONS. Wheels must be removed so the nuts holding the spacers to the hub can be retorqued. DO NOT INSTALL IF YOUR FACTORY WHEEL STUDS AND/OR LUG NUTS MAKE CONTACT WITH THE BACK OF YOUR WHEELS. This will prevent wheels from being properly sit & secured to the vehicle. CHECK ALL HARDWARE FOR PROPER COMPATIBILITY BEFORE INSTALLATION. DO NOT USE air tools or impact wrenches. They can cause thread stripping and over/under tightening. (Please follow the recommended torque spec listed in the chart below).FOR SPACERS WITHOUT PRE-ASSEMBLED STUDS: LONGER STUDS MAY BE REQUIRED FOR PROPER INSTALLATION!!!! Failure to follow warnings may cause lug nuts or studs to loosen and/or break while driving, resulting in wheel loss, serious accident, injury and/or death. VIBRATIONS COULD BE A SIGN OF INCOMPATIBILITY OR IMPROPER INSTALLATION. Note: This is an aftermarket component.
